Due to the personal nature of hair and beauty products, all sales at My Beauty Supply Plus are final. We do not accept returns or issue cash refunds on wigs, hair extensions, braiding hair, or any other hair or beauty products.

Exchanges — Store Credit Only

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition
• Exchanges are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
• Items that have been worn, opened, or used are not eligible

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
